Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates and local estimate visits are free. For projects well outside the normal service area, a travel/fuel charge may apply — it's always discussed and agreed with you in advance.
What size projects do you take on?
KV-PRO focuses on small to mid-size residential projects, generally up to about $15,000. Most are completed within two weeks, depending on scope, weather, and material availability. The minimum job is generally about 3–4 hours of work. For very large projects that need a big crew or a long construction schedule, a larger contractor may be a better fit.
How do I get a quote?
Text 904-293-7952 or fill out the free estimate form with your project type and a short description, then send a few photos. Konstantine reviews the details first, confirms the project is a good fit, and then schedules a free on-site estimate.
What areas do you serve?
KV-PRO is based in Chattanooga, TN (37403) and serves the surrounding area, including Hixson, Red Bank, East Ridge, East Brainerd, Signal Mountain, Ooltewah, and Lookout Mountain. If you're not sure your address is in range, just ask.
What's the best way to reach you?
Text first. Konstantine replies to texts as soon as reasonably possible during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM). If a phone conversation is needed, he'll call you back when he's available.
How soon can you start?
Start dates depend on current workload, project size, material availability, and weather. Scheduling is discussed and agreed with each customer individually.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle, cash, checks, and Venmo. Venmo payments have an additional 3% fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required after the estimate is approved and before the project begins. The amount depends on the project's size, materials, and scope of work.
Who provides the materials?
Konstantine can pick up and bring smaller materials himself. For large or bulky orders, the customer normally arranges delivery. Either way, he'll help you choose the right materials and products and work out the quantities.
What if something comes up after the job is done?
KV-PRO doesn't offer a formal long-term warranty, but Konstantine stands behind his work. If an issue related to the workmanship comes up within 14 days after completion, contact him — he'll look at it and, when it's related to his work, take care of it.
